Sundance Home Comfort will continue to be here for you and your family. If your home or business needs servicing, we’ll be there. Over the past few months we have updated our safety-first measures to ensure the safety and well-being of your family, your colleagues at work and of course, our energy management advisors that are the front-line heroes at Sundance Home Comfort.
Pre-site clearance call
If you have a scheduled appointment, prior to our team being dispatched to arrive at your home or office, we will contact you to validate the safety of your site. This includes someone from your team confirming that no one on the property is experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms, no one on-site has recently travelled, or is in quarantine. If there is any risk of COVID-19, we will not enter the property. Accountability is critical.
Disinfecting equipment before and after our visit
We continue to minimize our touch points, disinfect and sterilize our equipment after each appointment using Health Canada approved, commercial-grade disinfecting products.
The use of enhanced Personal Protective Equipment
Our team is equipped with all of the Personal Protective Equipment such as gloves, face masks and eye goggles to ensure their well-being and yours are constantly prioritized.
